Christine “Chrys” Francis is the founder, owner and Designated Broker of Ashford Management Services, which she established in 1997. With more than 40 years of experience in residential property management and real estate, Chrys brings decades of hands-on knowledge to the management of single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes throughout the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

Chrys holds both the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) and Residential Property Manager (RPM®) designations. Throughout her career, she has worked in virtually every aspect of residential property management, including leasing, property operations, maintenance oversight, financial management, owner and tenant relations, inspections, regulatory compliance and staff supervision.

Her approach to property management is straightforward: protect the owner's investment, communicate clearly, address problems promptly and provide owners with experienced, practical guidance.

As Designated Broker, Chrys oversees the operations of Ashford Management Services and works closely with the company's property management team to maintain the standards that have guided the company since 1997.

Kim Fearon is an Associate Broker and Property Management Specialist with more than 35 years of professional experience in property management, business operations and client service. She has been an integral part of Ashford Management Services since 2004, giving her more than two decades of firsthand experience with the company, our clients and the Phoenix-area rental market.

Kim originally joined Ashford in an administrative role and quickly advanced into leasing and property management. Over the years, she has become one of the company's most experienced resources for residential property management, leasing, owner and tenant relations, property operations and problem solving.



Prior to joining Ashford, Kim's diverse professional background included executive-level support, office and property management, marketing and business operations. That experience, combined with her years in residential property management, gives her the ability to manage the many moving parts involved in protecting an owner's investment while providing responsive, professional service.

Originally from New York, Kim has called the Phoenix area home since 1978 and brings extensive knowledge of the local market and its communities.

Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to our clients, Kim plays an important role in the day-to-day management of Ashford's portfolio and has contributed significantly to the company's success for more than 20 years.

Kim is also active in the community and has volunteered her time with a variety of nonprofit and community service organizations.

Sadie plays an important role in the operations of Ashford Management Services, providing administrative and coordination support across our property management team.

Working behind the scenes, Sadie helps keep communication, documentation and the many details involved in managing our properties organized and moving forward. She works closely with our property managers and support staff, helping coordinate information and follow-up so our team can respond efficiently to the needs of our owners, tenants and properties.

Sadie’s organizational skills, positive attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed make her a valued part of the Ashford team. Her work helps provide the consistency and support that allow our property management staff to focus on delivering attentive service to our clients.

Maintenance Coordinator & Vendor Liaison

Alex has been an important part of Ashford Management Services since 2020 and oversees maintenance coordination and vendor relations, helping ensure property repairs and maintenance needs are addressed efficiently.

With a background in operations management and hands-on maintenance experience, Alex brings both organizational and practical knowledge to the role. He works closely with our property managers, owners and vendors to coordinate repairs, obtain estimates, schedule work and follow projects through to completion.

His practical understanding of maintenance is particularly valuable when communicating with vendors, evaluating repair needs and helping owners understand available options.

An Arizona native, Alex is organized, technologically adept and focused on keeping the many moving pieces involved in property maintenance on track.

His responsiveness and attention to detail make him a valuable part of Ashford’s day-to-day operations.

McKenna heads up the marketing, social media and networking aspect of our company. In addition, she works with community leaders to assist with the various philanthropic events Ashford is involved with.
